About: Red Fish Grill, a vibrant seafood-centric landmark owned and operated by Ralph Brennan, is located in the first block of Bourbon Street, delivering innovative twists on casual New Orleans seafood with a lively decor, expansive bar, and laid-back vibe.
Requirements: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience; High-volume experience in a quality operation is a plus; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees; Knowledgeable in the standards and practices of service; Can effectively open and close the physical operation
