Position: Assistant General Manager
About: Crestline Hotels & Resorts is currently hiring for an Assistant General Manager. This role involves providing strong on-the-ground leadership to one of Crestline’s multi-million dollar business units by managing operational functions and emphasizing exceptional customer service. As a key operational leader within Crestline, the Assistant General Manager will have the opportunity to champion existing operational skills and expand knowledge in financial, forecasting, HR, and Accounting functions. The hotel brand is renowned for its leadership in the hospitality industry and offers significant support from the Corporate level in various departments like Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, IT, and Human Resources.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus at least one (1) years of related Assistant General Manager experience; or High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three (3) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge, and abilities. Must have computer skills and experience with hotel information systems. Preferred skills include hotel experience, Opera and M3 system experience, and solid Operations Manager experience within a Select Service and/or Extended Stay property.
