Position: Assistant General Manager
About: McDonald’s is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant, focusing on internal functions like Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in key areas like Kitchen, People, and Service, ensuring a memorable guest experience and efficient operations through teamwork.
Requirements: HSD or GED preferred; 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service; a passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members); a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace; strong customer service and support focus; the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs; to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
