Position: ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficient knowledge of systems used on property including Windows, OPERA PMS, Kronos, Rex, Birchstreet, and HotSOS; ability to work a variety of schedules to include AM, PM, Overnight, Weekends, and Holidays; previous experience with NYC unions is desirable; 1-2 years of previous front office supervisory experience preferred
