Position: ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
About: Cheyenne Mountain Resort is a luxurious property situated in the picturesque Southern Colorado Springs, offering breathtaking mountain views and a range of exciting activities such as golf, swimming, and tennis, providing guests with a unique resort experience. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the front office staff, managing cash control, addressing staffing requirements, and ensuring exceptional guest services. This role may also involve training, staff development, and scheduling.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred; excellent communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
