Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
About: ASM Global manages SNHU Arena located in Manchester, NH. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will supervise F&B attendants, bartenders, and concession workers, ensuring service standards meet client needs and coordinating F&B department efforts for optimal functionality. They will collaborate with other departments to mitigate risks in the F&B areas.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree (BA) in Food & Beverage Management or related field preferred; minimum 2 years of experience in a management-level position in the restaurant/beverage industry or equivalent combination of education and experience through catering; prior supervisory experience required; ability to read and interpret documents such as BEOs, work orders, safety rules, and procedure manuals; knowledge of off-site catering principles; proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software; hospitality orientation; good work ethic; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to undertake multiple tasks with attention to detail; completion of ServeSafe (Allergen, Food Handlers, Alcohol Training) within 60 days of hire; ability to comply with and implement all Standard Operating Procedures; flexible hours availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
