Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager
About: West Palm Beach Marriott, located at 1001 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a candidate to assist with supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations. The establishment is committed to ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operating budget standards and legal obligations are met.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Must have a minimum of 1 year previous F&B management experience or 5 years hotel management experience. F&B knowledge preferred: food service and alcoholic beverage knowledge/beverage skills. TIPS and ServSafe certified is preferred.
