Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred; completion of Corporate Management Training Program equivalent; wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred; experience with Hotel/Restaurant Operating Systems such as Micros, HotSOS, Opera; strong organizational skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, nights, weekends, and holidays; team player and dynamic leader
