Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will play a vital role in managing daily operations across multiple casual dining venues in Las Vegas, NV. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of service, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting staff development in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years’ experience in a management position in a high volume restaurant operation preferred; leadership experience with diverse groups; positive attitude and guest-oriented mindset; ability to coach team members for success; good communication and administrative skills; over 21 years of age; Nevada Health Card, TAM Card, and Gaming Registration Card required; background check and drug test mandatory
