Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Director
About: Sagewood, a dynamic senior living community in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking an experienced hospitality-focused Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multiple operations/dining venues in their beautiful life plan community. Responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, team performance, and creating an exceptional dining experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; a minimum of three years supervisory experience in front of the house operations in a senior living community, restaurant, hotel, or club; at least two years of experience in overseeing multiple restaurants concurrently; post-secondary education in hospitality management or dining room operations preferred; excellent interpersonal and social skills; ability to maintain a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression; working knowledge of industry regulations
