Position: Assistant Facility Manager
About: This Assistant Facility Manager position is available at ISS Group, a global organization committed to making the international community more resilient and just for all people. The Assistant Facility Manager will work in collaboration with the Regional Key Account Manager, subcontractors, and ISS team to ensure that account obligations are met efficiently and within budget.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or business or equivalent experience preferred; 5+ years of facility management, building operations, supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations, and maintenance required; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) or Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems may be necessary; strong computer proficiency skills with emphasis on Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint); excellent time management skills; bilingual skills are a plus
