Position: Assistant Facilities Manager
About: CBRE, a global leader in real estate services and facilities management, is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team. This position involves advanced facilities work in regulated spaces, supporting Property Managers with repairs and maintenance plans.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, generator; facilities management experience in an industrial/financial setting preferred; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; strong organizational skills and advanced math skills; ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
