Position: Assistant Facilities Manager
About: Topgolf is a global sports and entertainment community committed to providing top-notch facilities and grounds maintenance. The Assistant Facilities Manager plays a key role in overseeing venue maintenance, equipment repair, and team management to ensure an exceptional guest experience at our entertainment venue.
Requirements: 3+ years maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience; high school diploma or equivalent; clean driving record; excellent communication, time management and organization skills; energy and enthusiasm; high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity; ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift items weighing up to 50 lb; availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand, walk for extended periods, maneuver ladders, and bend/stoop.
