Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred; high school diploma required; two years of relevant work experience in a professional office environment; supervisory experience strongly preferred; ability to interact with employees, visitors, and contractors with poise and diplomacy; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs; minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with accuracy; ability to perform basic business math calculations; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong grammar and proofreading abilities; able to read and comprehend various materials including e-newspapers, periodicals, and manuals
