Position: Assistant Facilities Manager
About: Topgolf is a global sports and entertainment community committed to providing a fun and engaging environment for guests. They are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of the Maintenance Department and ensure all facilities are well-maintained and safe for patrons.
Requirements: 3+ years maintenance experience with at least 1 year of recent supervisor experience; High school diploma or equivalent; Must have a clean driving record; Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills; Energy and enthusiasm; A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity; Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb; Ability to stoop and bend; Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs
