Position: Assistant Event Coordinator
About: We are a company based in Philadelphia, PA, seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events that exceed client expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning software
