Position: Assistant Event Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; proven experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not mandatory; strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus
