Position: Assistant Director, Special Events
About: California State University Long Beach (CSULB) is seeking an Assistant Director, Special Events to join their Athletics Development team. CSULB, ranked nationally as the 13th best college for your money and the 10th best public university, enrolls over 36,000 students in various degree programs. The Assistant Director will be responsible for planning and executing special events to support the athletic department’s goals and enhance the experience of stakeholders like student-athletes, alumni, donors, and fans.
Requirements: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience required; prior experience working in an NCAA Division I environment preferred
