Position: Assistant Director, Shelter Services
About: St. Vincent De Paul of Baltimore is a dedicated organization that helps those impacted by poverty achieve their full potential. They are currently seeking a passionate individual to join their team in providing operational leadership for the shelter program at Eastside Shelter, focusing on Intake, Enrollment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field; 2 years’ successful hands-on experience working with persons experiencing homelessness and/or marginalized groups; 1 year supervisory experience; ability to work in a high-energy and organized environment; knowledge of and respect for confidentiality; ability to relate respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds; desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
