Position: Assistant Director of Sales
About: White Lodging is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to support the Director of Sales in managing, coordinating, and executing sales operations for the hotel. The ideal candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, hands-on, and capable of motivating others to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts, supervising sales managers, booking rooms, and submitting business plans and reports in a timely manner.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent hotel experience with at least 5 years of sales experience in a similar-sized operation. Required skills include effective time, resource, and personnel management, strong knowledge of the travel industry, market trends, and economic factors, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi FDC, computer accounting, math, and budgetary analysis skills, and excellent written and oral communication along with exceptional customer service abilities.
