Position: Assistant Director of People and Culture

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four years of leadership experience in a related position, preferably in luxury hospitality; experience in People & Culture leadership and strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, and exposure to other People and Culture functions; excellent communication skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills; preferred knowledge of labor law, Workday HRIS, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
