Position: Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
About: This position requires relocation to the Caribbean. As the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to curate exceptional dining experiences for our guests, emphasizing top-tier service, guest contentment, and operational efficiency. This role demands a mix of hands-on operational guidance and administrative supervision, seeking an individual eager to cultivate a lively dining ambiance.
Requirements: Positive attitude; minimum 2-3 years of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage or similar role experience; adept at managing large teams (100+); must have luxury hotel experience, particularly on a Caribbean island, with U.S. or EU hotel background preferred; excellent command of English, additional languages a bonus; exceptional communication and presentation skills; genuine love for personalized guest service and proactive problem-solving; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficient in Microsoft Office, guest reservation systems, and POS systems; food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if applicable
