Position: Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
About: The hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to oversee the banquets, food service, and beverage service departments, ensuring adherence to operational standards and maximizing hotel profits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business; 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage operations as a Department Manager; 2 years line level operations experience, and 2 years of direct sales or retail trade experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience; TIPS Certification; Food Safety Certification
