Position: Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and multitask; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; high school diploma or equivalent
