Position: Assistant Director of Facilities Management

Requirements: 5 years minimum experience in construction project management; 5 years minimum experience in supervising teams; knowledge of physical plant operations, maintenance, construction specifications, and project management; working knowledge of human resource management; familiarity with safety regulations and emergency management; ability to resolve problems and develop procedures and policies; strong time management and problem-solving skills; solid knowledge of facilities maintenance and customer service; demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
