Position: Assistant Director, Meetings and Events
About: Join the Advancement and Partnerships team at the University of Central Florida Foundation – Accounting, where you will play a key role in planning and executing high-profile events at the UCF Alumni Center. This position contributes to transforming lives through philanthropy and powering partnerships that help build the University for the Future.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Proven experience managing high-profile events with multiple stakeholders; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience supervising and coordinating staff for event setup and breakdown; Familiarity with event management systems (EMS Lite 8.0 or similar)
