Position: Assistant Director – FNS Support Services
About: Food Service Administrative Assistant Director needed to ensure operational teams receive the support necessary to implement programs managed by the Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) department effectively. This role involves overseeing menus, technology implementation, procurement, compliance with regulations, and team training. The position is located at a Food Service establishment in need of dedicated and skilled personnel.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, business, finance, or related field; ServeSafe Certification or equivalent; knowledge of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and National School Breakfast Program (NSBP) regulations; 3 years of experience in food service operations or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1 year of experience in School Food Service or Child Nutrition Menu Planning; familiarity with purchasing and invoicing procedures
