Position: Assistant Director
About: Bethesda Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON-RN) to provide management oversight for nursing neighborhoods and support the Director of Nursing in administrative tasks. This role involves promoting collaboration among healthcare disciplines, ensuring quality resident care, and implementing infection prevention programs. Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent preferred; Current RN license in the state of work; Specialized training in infection prevention and control; Three to four years of recent nursing experience with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competency; One year of management experience preferred; Communication, organization, and planning skills required; Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, transfer and move residents, push and pull equipment, demonstrate manual dexterity, coordination, and skillful use of hands, perform necessary documentation, and maintain visual acuity; Must manage a diversity of activities
