Position: Assistant Director
About: Bethesda Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON-RN) to provide oversight for multiple nursing neighborhoods, collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, and ensure quality resident care. The role involves managing infection prevention programs, staff, and incident investigations, promoting a positive work environment, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and communication. Requirements: Graduate of accredited school of nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent preferred; Current RN license in the state of work; Specialized training in infection prevention and control; 3-4 years recent nursing experience with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competency; 1 year of management experience preferred; Strong communication, organization, and planning skills; Physical abilities to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, transfer residents, push/pull equipment, and perform necessary documentation; Manual dexterity, coordination, visual acuity; Ability to manage a variety of activities
