Position: Assistant Deli Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer known for offering high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and a variety of bulk goods. We are currently seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to join our team and help customers make healthy food choices in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years; 2 years of supervisory experience preferred with strong knowledge of deli or related food service; flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; excellent communication skills; proven leadership ability; food safety certification; ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours per shift; proficiency in operating deli equipment; strong organizational and planning skills
