Position: Assistant Deli Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer focusing on delivering high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a friendly and lively farmer’s market atmosphere. They are currently seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to join their team.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with 2 years supervisory experience; Strong knowledge of deli or related food service; Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Proven ability to manage and motivate staff; Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills; Food Safety certification; Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods; Familiarity with deli equipment operation and maintenance
