Position: Assistant Deli Manager

As an Assistant Deli Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and healthy food choices for our valued customers.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with 2 years supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service; flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong communication and leadership skills; outgoing and friendly demeanor; proven ability to lead and motivate staff; detail-oriented with problem-solving skills; Food Safety certification; physical ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods; ability to operate deli equipment and perform assigned duties.
