Position: Assistant Cook Manager
About: The job of Cook Assistant Manager is to guide assigned personnel in food service operation, prepare and distribute food service items for consumption by students and school personnel, maintain inventories of food service items, and ensure facilities are kept in a sanitary condition.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation, serving, and basic kitchen activities; bilingual and bicultural preferred; ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment, follow health codes, and maintain accurate records
