Position: Assistant Cook
About: Assistant Cook-During assigned shift, the Assistant Cook will assist the cooks in all hot and cold food preps and plating. Work in cooperation with Sous Chef, Chef, Lead Cook and Cooks to ensure consistent, high quality of all preparations, production and fluid kitchen operation.
Requirements: High School graduate or technical training or at least one year related experience. Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program is desirable; Valid Food Handler Card required by the State of California, Health and Safety Code 113790.
