This individual collaborates with other department heads for seamless event execution and stays updated on industry trends to improve club offerings and services.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in customer service industry; bartending experience is a plus; proven leadership skills; positive, team-oriented attitude; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; experience in staff training and development; flexibility to work various shifts including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts
