About: The Assistant Clubhouse Manager plays a crucial role in Wakonda Club’s Food & Beverage program, responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, ensuring member and guest satisfaction, and enhancing the overall member experience. This individual collaborates with other department heads for seamless event execution and stays updated on industry trends to improve club offerings and services.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in customer service industry; bartending experience is a plus; proven leadership skills; positive, team-oriented attitude; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively; experience in staff training and development; flexibility to work various shifts including opening, mid-day, and closing shifts
