Position: Assistant Chef Room Service – MGM Grand

Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent; 2 years prior experience in supervising employees, preferably with a Collective Bargaining Agreement; proven expertise in a high-volume production kitchen, preferably in fine dining; familiarity with working in a resort or casino environment; ability to work varied shifts including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
