Position: Assistant Beverage Manager
About: A luxury resort establishment is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Barback/Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bar service, cocktail making, and beverage costing in a high-volume and refined environment, with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; WSET Level 1, Court of Master Sommelier Introductory Level Cicerone Level 1 or Equivalent preferred; United States Bartender’s Guild Member Preferred; Minimum of 5 years bartending work experience required; Food Service Sanitation certification; Alcohol Service permit (if state required); CPR/1st Aid certification preferred
