Position: Assistant Beef Shoppe Manager Raleigh NC
About: Lowes Foods is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Beef Shoppe Manager to oversee the beef shoppe and seafood department operations, ensuring excellent guest service and maximizing sales. This role involves assuming the responsibilities of the Department Manager in their absence and maintaining inventory levels and merchandising standards in line with company guidelines. Safety, sanitation, and staff training are key aspects of this position within the dynamic retail environment of Lowes Foods.
Requirements: Good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and outgoing personality; ability to work well with others and interact with guests; capable of lifting 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly; knowledge of meat/seafood products and operations; supervisory experience in training and developing staff; willingness to learn technical aspects of the job and operate a computer; minimum age of 18 years; ability to work in a cold environment, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
