Position: Assistant Bartender
About: The Apprentice Bartender is responsible for servicing the guests in a courteous and professional manner, while assisting bartenders throughout the course of business. This role ensures bar areas are always cleaned, organized, and properly stocked with prepped ingredients.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; At least six months experience working in a similar bar or restaurant setting; Proof of eligibility to work in the United States; Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; Ability to effectively communicate in English; Polished appearance and demeanor; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures; Basic understanding of bartender work and/or drink preparation.
