Position: Assistant Bar Manager – Off the Record

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Restaurant Management preferred or equivalent experience; Two to Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of food service operations and various styles of services; Must be able to obtain any/all locally required licenses/certifications relating to the job such as TIPS or ServSafe food safety certifications; Good working knowledge of English language, mathematical skills, and reasoning ability; Ability to meet physical demands of the job and uphold high ethical standards
