Position: Assistant Bar Manager
About: Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager to supervise the Beverage Department alongside the Beverage Operations Manager, ensuring adherence to company standards, improving sales and profitability, and addressing guest complaints.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred; 8-10 years of managerial experience in multi-unit bar operations or in a food and beverage management capacity, preferably in upscale environments including restaurants, lounges, hotels, resorts, or cruise ships (shipboard experience preferred); knowledge of beverage brands and quality of liquors, wines, and beers; ability to manage international staff and provide exceptional customer service; working knowledge of computers and software packages
