Position: Assistant Bar Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; at least 5 years of cocktail bar/upscale restaurant experience; ability to work bar/lounge hours (weekends, holidays, evenings); hands-on leadership approach; exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; in-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and food & beverage industry; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds consistently; ability to forecast trends and enhance profitability through cost analysis
