Position: Assistant Banquet and Restaurant Food and Beverage Operations Manager
About: BWI Airport Marriott in Linthicum, Maryland is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to supervise daily operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget and legal obligations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
