Position: Assistant Bakery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to contribute to their mission of delivering excellent customer service in a professional kitchen environment, focusing on baking cookies, bread, and muffins using quality ingredients and recipes. The role involves managing Bakery Clerks, supervising department operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product quality and service excellence.
Requirements: At least 18 years old with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years of supervisory experience; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; outgoing and friendly demeanor with good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to operate bakery equipment, handle inventory, and maintain a clean work environment; adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines; standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 40 lbs; possession of a Food Handlers permit.
