Position: Assistant Bakery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer known for providing high-quality, farm fresh produce, natural meats, and a variety of bulk goods. They are currently seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to join their team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience; Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers; Have knowledge of bakery operations, including handling inventory, ordering, and maintaining product quality; Ability to adhere to safety, health, and sanitation regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit
