Position: Assistant Bakery Manager

Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience; Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong communication and customer interaction skills; Ability to perform various tasks such as answering phones, taking special orders, and maintaining department cleanliness and sanitation; Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and tools, able to stand for up to 3 hours continuously and lift weights up to 40 lbs; Adherence to safety, health, and sanitation regulations, including obtaining and maintaining a Food Handlers permit
