Position: Assistant Authentication Specialist/Receptionist
About: The Office of the Lieutenant Governor is seeking an Assistant Authentications Specialist/Receptionist to assist with document processing for use in foreign countries, notary public commissions, city and town incorporations, and more. This position plays a crucial role as the face of the office, interacting with the public and handling document authentication requests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service skills; ability to multitask and work in a team; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite products; excellent communication skills; knowledge of office procedures; professional demeanor; fluency in Spanish preferred; available to work in-person Monday through Friday, up to 29 hours/week
