Position: Asset Manager (Maintenance)

They are currently seeking an Asset Manager to oversee asset care and maintenance efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field; minimum 7-10 years of experience in asset management or maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment; strong knowledge of TPM, RCM, and maintenance planning/scheduling methodologies; experience in managing maintenance OPEX budgets; proven leadership skills focusing on team development and performance improvement; proficient in CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in local language, additional language skills a plus
