Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 0-3 years minimum supervision experience; must be 18 years of age; authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain; successful background check; strong customer service skills; exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills; operate bakery equipment according to company guidelines.
