About: As an Asian Cuisine Cook at the Mansion inside MGM Grand, you will bring your culinary artistry to life, preparing exquisite Asian dishes for our guests. Your attention to detail and outstanding service will enhance the guest experience, creating lasting impressions. By understanding and catering to each guest’s unique preferences and stories, you will ensure that every meal is memorable, crafting WOW moments that will last long after their stay.
Requirements: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Prior experience as a cook with a specialty in Asian cuisine, preferably in a fine dining kitchen; Proficient ability to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese; Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions
